No Exit Records is an experiment in music industry organization. We operate as a collective effort. Our bands stand together with the hope of being able to change the format of local and world music scenes/industries to better serve the art and artists they represent. We have come together to help each other produce and become successful in a positive environment. If one band needs a PA or a drummer for a certain show or project, other bands offer them aid; all of them helping with the knowledge that every positive step for any band in our music scene is a step towards musical artistic achievement for us all.

Money does not get exchanged too often in our company, except when merchandise is sold to consumers. Bands are usually recorded for next to nothing (or absolutely free) by anyone on the label that is capable (we swap microphones, and other recording gear with one another along with anything else related to music industry needs).

For the most part, we burn our own CD's, design and print our own cover art, make our own T-shirts, put on our own shows and do our own promotion for one another. We work as a team to accomplish our musical endeavors... things seem to be going very well so far. Please write us with any questions or comments you have.
